Meet Kimberly Luckert, MBA
Consulting and coaching isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I work with individuals ready to step into their confidence, teams striving to collaborate better, and organizations looking to align culture, leadership, and strategy. My approach is practical, encouraging, and rooted in real-world experience.
With over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience, I bring both strategic insight and a passion for developing others. I’ve worked my way up, led large teams, navigated complex challenges, and learned what truly drives results: people. Along the way, I developed a reputation for combining emotional intelligence, strong analytical thinking, and a people-first mindset that gets results.
My career has been built on a deep commitment to personal growth, practical leadership, and meaningful impact. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University, a Master of Business Administration from Emporia State, and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. I also attended Kansas Leadership Center’s Your Leadership Edge, Advance Kansas Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program, was recognized as a Wichita Business Journal Women Who Lead in Financial Services and have had executive coach and peer group affiliations. But my real education came from mentoring others, managing change, and learning how to turn big goals into clear, achievable steps. I have led teams of all sizes, including up to 200 employees in eight markets, forty locations in four departments, across three states. Utilizing my knowledge and skills to pay it forward as a board member on several non-profit organizations was another way to learn while contributing to their success. I currently serve on the board of the I Am a Diamond nonprofit organization and am a member of Executive Women International and Delta Rho Sigma.
I’m passionate about living a well-rounded life with the most important priority being spending time with family and friends and traveling. You’ll typically find me outdoors, especially if it involves the beach, golf, or a long bike ride. I am a lifelong Kansan, having lived in Cheney, Ottawa, and Wichita. I’m the mom of three incredible daughters, all working in the medical field—though they joke they didn’t inherit any of my financial skills! I’m also MeMe to two amazing boys who light up my life
I genuinely believe my purpose is to mentor others to be successful with their strengths in mind and to help leaders make progress on their vision and accomplish goals. Whether I'm inspiring individuals, strengthening teams, or guiding organizations through change, I’m here to guide, challenge, and elevate. If you’re ready to grow—personally, professionally, or organizationally—I’ll be right there to support you as you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
