Consulting and coaching isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
I started my finance career in an entry-level role and worked my way up to Director, leading multi-market teams of 200 employees across several departments in three states. My leadership experience includes the following areas: employee engagement, customer service, sales & service performance, call center operations, training and procedures, succession planning, change management, marketing review, compliance and regulations, network efficiencies, non-profit organization, strategic planning & initiative execution, and small business banking.
Along the way, I navigated complex challenges and discovered what truly drives results: people. Although my career has been built on a deep commitment to personal growth, practical leadership, and meaningful impact, my real education came from mentoring others, managing change, and learning how to turn big goals into clear, achievable steps.
My education includes a BBA from Wichita State, an MBA from Emporia State, and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. I have participated in leadership programs including Kansas Leadership Center, Advance Kansas, and various executive coach and peer group affiliations. I was also recognized as a Wichita Business Journal Women Who Lead in Financial Services. I’ve served on several nonprofit boards and stay actively involved with Executive Women International, I Am a Diamond, and Delta Rho Sigma Sorority.
I’m passionate about living a well-balanced life with family, travel, and the outdoors—whether it’s biking, golfing, kayaking, or relaxing on a beach. I take way too many pictures (is there such a thing) to capture moments, especially sunrises and sunsets, and I love to dance! I’m a proud Momma to three incredible daughters and “MeMe” to two amazing grandsons, who light up my world! They are my ‘why’.
I believe my purpose is to mentor, guide, and elevate others—helping leaders and teams grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether I'm inspiring individuals, strengthening teams, or guiding organizations, I bring the experience and knowledge to educate, challenge, and advance critical thinking to achieve lasting success.
